I am a musician from Ogden Utah. I am nowhere near as good as the people Yanni surrounds himself with, but I have played violin in the Mormon Youth Symphony and done 7 USO tours playing bass in a band, so I have had some incredible experiences. My mother was also a piano teacher and music was always in our home. I am 52 years ol now and when I heard you on PBS I was totally like who is this guy? I came in the middle of the show and later learned who you are. I watched it 4 like 3 nights in a row cuz few people touch that part of me where life, and experiences and total love of music and heart play into the performance. Melissa Manchester and Dan Fogelberg are 2 of my favorites because they are so part of their songs. You touched a visceral chord in me and I am excited for you and what lies ahead for you as a musician and player in the game of life. What a voice and what feeling behind the voice. I do have a niece that would be perfect for you. But apart from that, thank you, you will go far and my gosh what a voice. All I can really say is thank you!!
